Marlon McClinton is Founder, President & CEO of Utilivate Technologies, an energy management, management consulting, and professional management firm with headquarters in Downtown Chicago. Marlon’s efforts are directed towards providing actionable, integrated energy management solutions to businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and government agencies.

Mr. McClinton leverages over twenty five years of experience and leadership in energy management, R&D performance, executive management, and product commercialization for the energy/utility industry. Before forming Utilivate in 2001, he served as Vice President at Gas Research Institute (now GTI) the R&D, training, and new product development arm of the nation’s energy industry.

Mr. McClinton is a member of the American Gas Association, Save Energy Now Alliance, Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA), National Save Energy Coalition, and Alliance to Save Energy. In prior years, Marlon served as convener of Municipal Gas System Advisory Committee, Gas Industry Representative – Common Ground Alliance, and Editorial Board Member – Pipeline & Gas Industry Magazine.
